We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead complex investment banking transactions and manage high-value client relationships.
The Senior Investment Banking Deal Manager will oversee deal origination, structuring, and execution, ensuring seamless delivery of strategic financial solutions across diverse industries and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal origination: Source and evaluate investment opportunities, leveraging market intelligence and client networks.
- Transaction management: Lead end-to-end execution of M&A, capital raising, and restructuring deals.
- Financial modeling: Develop and review complex valuation models, scenario analyses, and deal structures.
- Client advisory: Provide strategic guidance to senior executives, boards, and investors on financial and operational decisions.
- Negotiation: Drive negotiations with counterparties to secure favorable deal terms.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure regulatory and risk management standards are met.
- Team leadership: Mentor junior bankers and analysts, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A advisory.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex transactions.
- Strong expertise in valuation, financial modeling, and deal structuring.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
- Advanced degree in finance, economics, or MBA preferred.
- CFA or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
- Pay: QAR275.00 - QAR430.00 per hour
