Senior Investment Banking Deal Manager
The ***Senior Investment Banking Deal Manager*** leads end-to-end execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates, with responsibility for sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions.
This role also drives business development, manages client relationships, and oversees financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and transaction documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate and develop new deal opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
- Lead execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, capital raising, and other advisory mandates from pitch to closing.
- Oversee valuation, feasibility studies, financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction analysis.
- Prepare and review presentations, proposals, engagement letters, and other client-facing materials.
- Manage client relationships, coordinate with legal, tax, and other advisers, and negotiate transaction terms.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members while ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as CFA, ACCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent preferred or required depending on the employer.
- At least 7 to 10+ years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate finance, or due diligence.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, presentation, and deal execution skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent English is essential; Arabic is often preferred or required in Qatar-based roles.
- Preferred profile
- Experience in the Qatar or GCC market, especially in M&A, transaction advisory, or deals advisory.
- Big 4, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance background.
- Strong commercial mindset with proven business development capability.
- Ability to manage multiple live transactions and work under tight deadlines.
- Pay: QAR104.00 - QAR202.00 per hour
