Overview

Trois Investments is expanding its advisory team in the UAE.

We are looking for qualified, ambitious, and well-connected sales professionals who understand how to deal with high-net-worth individuals, build trust, and convert serious opportunities into business.

This is not a traditional sales role.

At Trois Investments, we advise clients on global mobility, residency and citizenship by investment, international real estate opportunities, and broader investment solutions.

Our work requires professionalism, discretion, strong follow-up, and the ability to speak to clients at a serious advisory level.

Who we are looking for

We are seeking candidates who are currently based in the UAE and have experience in one or more of the following areas:

Citizenship or Residency by Investment

Hnwi Relationship Management

The ideal candidate is someone who can open conversations, build relationships, follow up professionally, and close opportunities with confidence and integrity.

Role structure

This role will begin with a

3-month performance-based track

.

During the first 3 months, selected candidates will work on a commission-only basis while we assess performance, commitment, quality of pipeline, and ability to close.

Candidates who successfully generate serious opportunities and close sales during this period will be moved into a

Basic Salary + Commission

  • structure.
