Role Description
The Senior Internal Auditor will lead and execute client internal audit engagements in Riyadh for a three-month period.
The contract role includes planning, fieldwork, reporting, follow-up, internal control assessment, risk-based audits, and evaluation of financial and operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Review documentation, conduct stakeholder interviews, analyze data, and test controls.
- Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and potential fraud risks.
- Prepare audit reports, present findings and recommendations to management, and support remediation.
- Contribute to effectiveness reviews, leading-practice benchmarking, and internal audit transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong audit reporting, analytical, finance, and communication skills are required.
- Experience in financial sector audits is required; insurance-sector experience is preferred.
- Experience in internal audit, risk management, or consulting is required, ideally with governance, risk, and compliance exposure.
- Strong knowledge of IIA Standards, internal control frameworks, and applicable regulatory requirements is required.
- CIA, CPA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- Candidates must be able to work independently on-site in Riyadh and manage multiple assignments and deadlines.

- This is an on-site contract role in Riyadh for a three-month period.
