Job Summary
Lead the interior design process from concept development through detailed design documentation.
Create high-end hospitality, residential, and commercial environments aligned with company vision and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop concepts, mood boards, design narratives, space plans, layouts, and design presentations.
- Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and material schedules.
- Select finishes, furniture, lighting, fabrics, artworks, and accessories.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and project teams.
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations and presentations.
- Prepare FF&E specifications and procurement packages.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Research global design trends, materials, and hospitality concepts.
- Participate in client and management presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Five to ten years of experience in luxury hospitality, residential, or commercial projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and rendering software.
- Strong understanding of lighting design, materials, and furniture specifications.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating high-end design projects.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with hospitality projects including hotels, resorts, or branded residences.
- Experience with luxury interiors.
- Experience working with international design standards and suppliers.
