- Lead development of interior design concepts from initial brief through project completion
- Prepare detailed space planning, design layouts, and technical drawings
- Create advanced 3D models and high quality photorealistic renderings using SketchUp and V Ray
- Develop design presentations, mood boards, material specifications, and client proposals
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and design reviews
- Oversee site execution and ensure final outcome aligns with approved design concepts
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, products, and innovative design solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably within the UAE
- Advanced proficiency in SketchUp and V Ray
- Strong portfolio demonstrating residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury projects
- Excellent knowledge of design principles, space planning, materials, furniture, and finishes
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities
