About the Role
Archetype Realty Developer seeks a Senior Interior Designer to manage end-to-end design processes, including space planning, FF&E selection, and construction drawing oversight.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design
- Strong skills in Architecture and Construction Drawing development
- Experience with Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) selection and sourcing
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar programs)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and client presentation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Previous experience in high end residential or commercial interior design projects is a plus
