What You’ll Do
- Conceptualized and designed interior layouts, finishes, and furnishings for premium real estate properties.
- Collaborate with clients, developers, and real estate agents to align vision and execution.
Using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D Max, develop detailed mood boards, material samples, and 3D visuals.
- Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
- Oversee execution to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Stay current with trends in luxury interiors, materials, and sustainable design.
Who We’re Looking For
- Design Passion: A strong aesthetic sense with an eye for detail.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in
AutoCAD, 3ds Max/SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and interior rendering software.
- Client-Focused: Great communication and presentation skills.
- Organized & Reliable: Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Languages: English is a must. Additional languages like Arabic or Hindi are a plus.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in luxury residential interior design in the UAE. (MANDATORY)
- Portfolio showcasing completed high-end projects (
Mandatory
).
