The Opportunity

Gulf Office Solutions is seeking a Senior Interior Designer for workplace and commercial interior projects in Doha, Qatar.

The role owns projects from initial concept through final implementation and combines creativity, technical expertise, client interaction, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Lead interior design projects from concept development to completion.
Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and client presentations.
Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, elevations, and construction drawings.
Select and coordinate FF&E, furniture, finishes, materials, and accessories.
Create workplace solutions balancing functionality, aesthetics, ergonomics, and client requirements.
Coordinate with clients, sales teams, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
Review construction, shop, and technical drawings for design accuracy and coordination.
Conduct site visits, monitor installation, and resolve design or technical issues during execution.
Deliver projects within agreed quality, budget, and timeline requirements while managing multiple priorities.
Stay informed about workplace design trends, materials, furniture solutions, and international design standards.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven interior design experience, preferably in commercial, corporate, office, or workplace projects.
Strong knowledge of space planning, workplace design, FF&E, finishes, materials, and furniture solutions.
Ability to prepare and review construction and shop drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software.
Knowledge of 3D visualization and rendering tools is an advantage.
Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
Willingness to work on-site in Doha and attend project or site meetings as required.
