Role Overview
- The Senior Interior Architect will develop, review, and oversee interior architectural solutions for refurbishment, rehabilitation, fit out, and workplace enhancement projects.
- The role combines technical expertise, space planning, design coordination, stakeholder engagement, and site implementation support.
Your Role
- Develop innovative interior architectural solutions that improve functionality, user experience, and operational performance.
- Undertake space planning, workplace planning, and occupancy assessments.
- Prepare and review interior layouts, space programs, and design concepts.
- Analyze existing facilities and identify opportunities for enhancement, optimization, and rehabilitation.
- Support refurbishment, rehabilitation, and interior fit out projects from concept through implementation.
- Review and develop interior architecture packages, material selections, finishes, and detailing solutions.
- Evaluate existing spaces and provide recommendations for improvement and adaptation.
- Develop and review Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) recommendations.
- Coordinate furniture layouts and workplace design solutions.
- Review material samples, schedules, specifications, and supplier submissions.
- Support procurement teams with technical assessments and recommendations.
- Review architectural and interior design packages prepared by consultants and project teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in interior architecture and space planning.
- Knowledge of refurbishment and fit out design.
- Ability to review and develop interior architecture packages.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
