We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Architect to join a highly respected international interior design and architectural studio in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Producing detailed technical drawing packages including plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, lighting layouts, and finish schedules
- Creating bespoke joinery and interior architectural detailing packages
- Developing detailed bathroom layouts, tile setting out drawings, and specifications
- Create presentations and sample boards for interior architectural finishes
- Leading client, contractor, and consultant meetings
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors onsite to ensure designs are executed in line with specifications
- Ensure quality control throughout construction and installation phases
- Mentoring and managing junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering or a related discipline recognised within the UAE
- Minimum of 6 years' experience working on high end residential projects
- Strong knowledge of bespoke cabinetry, bathroom design, finishes, FF&E specification, sourcing, and procurement
- Excellent technical drawing and detailing abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast paced environment
- Previous experience mentoring or managing junior team members
- Technical proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, EstiPC, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop), and Microsoft Office is essential

Job Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Architect to join a highly respected international interior design and architectural studio in Dubai.
- This is an opportunity to become part of a collaborative and creative team working on some of the region's most exclusive luxury residential projects.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in driving projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standards.
- Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, you will be responsible for developing and delivering highly detailed design solutions while maintaining design integrity throughout the construction process.
