Working at Parks Victoria means helping care for some of Victoria's most special places - from parks and wetlands to coastlines and marine environments.Design, coordinate and deliver integrity and compliance initiatives that strengthen organisational performanceFixed-term opportunity with flexible working arrangements availableAbout the roleThe Senior Integrity and Compliance Advisor supports the delivery of Parks Victoria's integrity, compliance and assurance frameworks by providing specialist advice, coordination and analysis.The role delivers business-as-usual compliance and investigation functions. This includes triaging and conducting integrity investigations, strengthening governance frameworks, procedures and guidance, and improving compliance registers, dashboards and reporting.The role is also the business lead for key integrity uplift projects to reduce administrative effort, improve data quality and transparency, and strengthen Parks Victoria's integrity culture through greater awareness of ethical and accountable practices. Activities may include streamlining integrity declarations and reporting, introducing automation and the responsible use of AI where appropriate.The role is critical to the success of Parks Victoria, as the organisation undergoes significant transformation, getting ‘back to basics' to improve its performance in ensuring Victoria's diverse network of parks and reserves remain accessible for all visitors to enjoy, while protecting natural and cultural values.About the TeamThe Integrity and Assurance team sits within Parks Victoria's Legal, Risk and Assurance directorate and works collaboratively across the organisation to strengthen integrity, capability and performance.We provide specialist advice; user-friendly and fit-for-purpose policies, procedures and business systems; and hands-on support that act as guardrails for Parks Victoria to efficiently and effectively deliver on-ground services in compliance with whole-of-government and legal requirements.We are a supportive and purpose-driven team that values curiosity, creativity and professionalism. Through collaboration, sound judgement and a commitment to continuous improvement, we help employees and leaders navigate challenges, manage risks and maintain public trust.We're looking for someone with:Sound knowledge of Victorian Government integrity and governance frameworks, standards and reporting requirements, and the ability to apply them in a practical organisational context.Sound knowledge of complaint assessment, investigation principles, procedural fairness, conflicts of interest, fraud control and public interest disclosure principles.Experience delivering integrity, compliance, investigation or assurance functions within a public sector or regulated environment.Experience designing and implementing continuous improvement measures.Strong analytical, research, interviewing and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear investigation plans, records of evidence, findings, briefing papers, procedural documents and governance reports.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, assess risks and implement practical solutions.Demonstrated ability to build and sustain effective relationships internally and externally with diverse stakeholders.High ethical standards, sound judgement and attention to detail.Your application will need to include:A Current ResumeA Cover LetterApplication Close date: Sunday 13th September 2026How to Apply If you require further information about the position, please contact Hannah Hage on Hannah.hage@parks.vic.gov.au or apply online!To be eligible for employment at Parks Victoria you must be legally entitled to work in Australia.
