The public security division develops biometric and identity verification systems for government and public safety use.
Role Purpose
Seeking a Senior Support and Integration Engineer with 8+ years of experience in enterprise application support and system integration.
The role supports critical applications for a government client and resolves production and integration issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise Java applications.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, database, and performance-related issues.
- Support JBoss applications and analyze JVM performance, memory, threads, and server logs.
- Troubleshoot REST, SOAP, JSON/XML, HTTP/HTTPS, database, and external-system integrations.
- Perform API testing with Postman or SoapUI.
- Analyze logs and database sessions, locks, connectivity, and performance issues.
- Coordinate with technical teams and support deployments, releases, and production changes.
- Provide 24×7 or on-call support when required and take ownership of production incidents.
