Job Purpose

  • Lead and manage end to end execution of offshore oil & gas projects for ADNOC, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and HSE requirements. The role requires strong coordination with internal teams, EPC contractors, and ADNOC stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource strategies.
  • Manage all phases of offshore projects (FEED, EPC, commissioning, handover).
  • Ensure adherence to ADNOC project management frameworks and standards.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as required.
  • Act as the primary interface with ADNOC Offshore stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
  • Ensure cost optimization without compromising quality and safety.
  • Track variations, claims, and contract changes.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE policies, international standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Petroleum).
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
  • 12–18 years’ experience in oil & gas, with at least 5–8 years in offshore project management.
  • Proven experience working on ADNOC Offshore projects (mandatory/highly preferred).
  • Strong exposure to EPC project environments.
  • Knowledge of offshore construction, fabrication, and installation.
  • Familiarity with ADNOC standards, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Problem solving and decision making capability in high pressure environments.

Preferred Profile

  • Previous ADNOC/major operator project delivery experience.
  • Experience managing offshore platforms, subsea, or brownfield modifications.
