Major Responsibilities & Duties Performed
- Inspects samples brought by inspectors/samplers for its suitability for testing and in case of discrepancy asks for fresh samples.
- Weighs the samples and calculates weigh /meter, percentage under etc In case of values beyond or very close to UCL/LCL he informs main pulpit and relevant Shift Foremen QA for corrective action on phone immediately, otherwise just enters the values in respective format.
- Carries out detailed measurements like rib height, diameter, space, surface quality. In case of discrepancy informs pulpit/ Production shift in charge for corrective actions.
- Enters operation parameters like thermex pressure, mill speed, water temperature etc. in QF.03/QF.03A/QF.03B after getting information from pulpit.
