- Architect and scale our production environments, including Kubernetes clusters and RDS-backed databases on AWS, providing hands-on technical leadership on infrastructure direction.
- Build infrastructure automation using Iinfrastructure-as-code (e.g. Pulumi, cdk8s, ArgoCD) to improve system reliability and repeatability.
- Monitor infrastructure health, triage incidents, and drive root cause analysis following modern SRE best practices.
- Provide technical leadership for the infrastructure team, influencing the engineering roadmap as we scale our product and business offerings.
- Deeply experienced operating Kubernetes in production environments, and possess strong programming skills.
- Experienced in designing and operating infrastructure end-to-end in production on public cloud.
- Leading complex technical initiatives that enable rapid iteration across engineering teams.
- Improved optimization of our production environments.
- Developer satisfaction with platform tools and workflows increases over time.
