Purpose
Design, implement, maintain, and support infrastructure services across multiple projects using SITA standards, policies, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and support infrastructure systems and platforms that meet technical and functional business requirements.
- Ensure infrastructure requirements integrate with interacting systems, applications, and services.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of multiple small to medium projects.
- Ensure developed solutions sustain project functional and business requirements.
- Raise, manage, and escalate project risks and issues through established processes.
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience implementing or supporting infrastructure platforms and application deployments.
- Experience implementing systems and modules through multiple full-lifecycle implementations.
Professional Competencies
- Business process improvement, capacity planning, cloud computing, configuration management, IT governance, ITSM, ITIL, information security, requirements analysis, and systems integration.
- Technical troubleshooting, technical excellence, technical writing, managing risk, and managing change.
