Job Overview
Charterhouse is working in partnership with a leading international event technology company, providing comprehensive, full-service solutions across the entertainment technology sector and supporting a diverse portfolio of local and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, support, and continuously improve the technology environment across the region.
- Provide hands-on expertise across infrastructure, networking, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, cybersecurity, business applications and end-user computing.
- Ensure reliable, secure and resilient IT services while delivering 2nd and 3rd line technical support to employees and senior stakeholders.
- Deliver local and regional technology projects, identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, and evaluate emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Microsoft Copilot.
- Coordinate with local and international vendors, communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior infrastructure, systems or technology operations role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, enterprise networking, cloud technologies, Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Proven track record delivering infrastructure projects, troubleshooting complex issues and providing excellent support to stakeholders.
