Position - IT Infrastructure Specialist \| Dubai
We’re looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Dubai to manage our IT systems, network, and security infrastructure.
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
✔Experience : 10 - 12 years (Preferably UAE)
What You’ll Do
✔Provide end-user support and ensure smooth IT operations
✔Manage Active Directory, user access, and security policies
✔Administer Microsoft 365, Firewall & Intune environments
✔Handle network infrastructure (L2/L3 switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi)
✔Configure and maintain FortiGate firewalls, VPNs & security systems
✔Manage servers, virtual machines, and cloud VPS environments
✔Oversee backup, disaster recovery & endpoint security (Microsoft Defender)
✔Handle IT procurement, asset management & domain services
✔Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with IT policies
Requirements
- 10 - 12 years of experience as IT Specialist
- Experience in managing Fire walls, end user support, Microsoft 365, IT Infrastructure & Telephonic systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
