- Drive business growth and expand market presence across Networking, IPTV, Audio Visual (AV), and Cybersecurity solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities, build long term client relationships, and deliver tailored technology solutions.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation and solution consulting to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Collaborate closely with technical and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of proven experience in B2B ICT solution sales, preferably within the UAE or Middle East market.
- Strong understanding of enterprise ICT solutions, including Networking, IPTV/Media Infrastructure, AV Integration, and Cybersecurity technologies.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies across Corporate, Government, Hospitality, and Media sectors.
- Proven ability to generate new business opportunities, manage strategic accounts, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Experience managing the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, solution development, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and account management.
- Ability to work closely with pre sales, engineering, finance, and legal teams to develop competitive proposals and respond to RFPs/RFQs.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to communicate technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to position technology solutions based on business value and return on investment (ROI).
- Knowledge of regional ICT market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the Middle East.
- Proven ability to identify cross selling and upselling opportunities while maintaining long term customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
