- Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and interview processes
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future openings
- Handle salary negotiations and final offer management
- Track metrics to improve efficiency and time to hire
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an IT recruiter (in house or agency)
- Proven success in hiring technical roles (e.g., Backend/Frontend Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud Engineers)
- Strong negotiation skills and a strategic approach to hiring
- Skilled in headhunting in competitive IT markets
- Experience with strict screening methods you know how to identify red flags early
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

About the Role
- We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Technical Recruiter to join our team and take charge of end to end technical hiring.
- In this role, you’ll focus on attracting and securing top tier IT talent — from backend engineers and DevOps specialists to designers and analysts.
- You’ll be the go to person for building a strong pipeline of IT professionals and ensuring only the most qualified candidates move forward.
