Position Overview
Lead multiple technology and business initiatives within a regulated environment.
The role requires expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and application enhancement roadmaps.
The required industry domain is utilities or energy, specifically electricity and power utilities.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The position is based in Calgary, Alberta.
- The role is hybrid and requires a minimum of two onsite days per week.
Must-Have Requirements
- 15+ years of hands-on project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
- Strong experience with Waterfall and Hybrid-Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, resources, risks, and multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience developing custom application enhancement roadmaps.
- Hands-on Azure DevOps Boards experience as a Product Manager and Scrum Master.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Statements of Work.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
