Role Overview
Manage and oversee IT functions, services, operations, resources, and initiatives.
Ensure effective delivery of technology services aligned with organizational objectives.
The assignment may cover IT service management, infrastructure, operations, applications, cybersecurity, or other IT functions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage assigned IT functions, services, projects, or operational activities.
- Develop and implement IT strategies, plans, processes, and service improvements.
- Lead IT teams and coordinate internal and external resources.
- Manage IT service delivery, performance, availability, and operational efficiency.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service performance.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and applicable regulations.
- Support budgeting, resource planning, and technology planning.
- Provide management reporting, recommendations, and technical advice.
