Role Overview
The Senior Information Analyst reports to the Systems Manager.
The role supports the Trust Income System and Service Level Agreement Monitoring system, known as SLAM.
Pay
- The role is Band 6 with a salary of £39,959 to £48,117 per annum pro rata if part-time.
Hours
- The standard hours are 37.5 per week.
- Flexible working arrangements will be considered for all MKUH roles.
Working Arrangement
- The role offers a hybrid working arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily SLAM feeds to ensure contract values are reported accurately and completely.
- Assist with daily and weekly Clinical Data Set submissions to the Secondary Uses Service.
- Liaise with Trust personnel to ensure submission completeness and accuracy.
- Respond to monthly Commissioner challenges within required deadlines.
- Develop and maintain contract income reports.
- Support the Systems Manager and stakeholders across the Trust Income System.
- Identify and resolve data and system issues as they occur.
Requirements
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills.
- Possess strong Structured Query Language knowledge.
- Identify and fix issues in the Trust Income System and related data feeds.
- Support accurate and complete clinical data submissions.
