Job Summary
AMAN Safety & HSSE Solutions Qatar W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Industrial Safety Manager to lead health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) programs across industrial, construction, and energy-related operations.
This role is responsible for developing and enforcing safety management systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, reducing workplace risks, and promoting a strong safety culture across all project sites and operations.

What You'Ll Do
- Lead development and implementation of HSSE policies, procedures, and safety frameworks
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and safety audits across industrial sites
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws, OSHA standards, and international safety regulations
- Oversee incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans
- Develop emergency response plans and crisis management protocols
- Conduct safety training programs and workforce awareness initiatives
- Monitor workplace safety KPIs including incident rates and compliance metrics
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure safe practices
- Inspect equipment, facilities, and worksites for compliance and risk mitigation
- Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting
Requirements
- Experience in industrial safety, HSSE management, or occupational health & safety roles
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001, and international safety standards
- Experience conducting risk assessments and safety audits in industrial environments
- Strong understanding of construction, oil & gas, or heavy industry safety requirements
- Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly preferred
- Strong leadership and training delivery skills
- Ability to manage safety programs across multiple sites
- Excellent reporting, investigation, and analytical skills
