We are looking for a **Senior Industrial Projects Manager** who can take ownership of large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects across multiple operational sites.

You are not simply managing timelines and budgets; you are driving project strategy, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination from planning to completion.

You will lead experienced project teams, bridging engineering requirements, operational goals, and client expectations while ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards.

You will work closely with executive management and key stakeholders while contributing directly to strategic operational planning from Day 1.

Lead large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects from initial planning and resource allocation through execution, completion, and operational handover.

Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, logistics, and site operations teams to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with operational objectives.

Manage, mentor, and develop project supervisors, operational staff, and cross-functional teams while maintaining high performance and accountability standards.

Ensure all project activities comply with company policies, safety standards, regulatory requirements, and operational quality procedures.

Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, vendors, and senior leadership while providing regular project updates and strategic recommendations.

Track project KPIs, budgets, operational milestones, and risk assessments while implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.

8+ years of experience in industrial operations, infrastructure projects, or large-scale project management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

Strong understanding of industrial project execution, operational planning, budgeting, risk management, and regulatory compliance standards.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams in fast-paced industrial and operational environments.

Experience working with ERP systems, project management platforms, reporting tools, and operational planning software.

English proficiency is required for operational reporting and stakeholder communication.

Arabic language skills are considered a strong advantage.

You are highly organized, results-driven, and solutions-oriented.

You understand how to balance operational efficiency, project quality, and strategic leadership while maintaining strict delivery standards.
