Overview
- We are seeking a seasoned and highly experienced Senior Industrial Operations & Projects Manager to take full ownership of our advanced high tech manufacturing plant.
- This role is strictly for an industry veteran who possesses a proven track record of managing complex tech production environments and delivering multi million dollar engineering projects.
- Proven, deep hands on experience is a non negotiable prerequisite for this position.
Skills & Requirements
- Years of Experience: A minimum of 10 to 15 years of solid experience exclusively within manufacturing, with at least 5+ years in a senior managerial role (Production/Plant Manager) inside a high tech, electronics, or automated industrial environment.
- Proven Track Record: Candidate must demonstrate a portfolio of successfully launched high tech production lines, facility setups, or large scale technical projects from scratch.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial). An MBA or Master’s in Engineering Management is highly preferred.
- Certifications: Active PMP (Project Management Professional) and Lean Six Sigma certifications are mandatory to prove systemic methodology in handling operations.
- Technical Capability: Deep practical knowledge of factory automation, hardware testing, and technical troubleshooting—not just theoretical management.
