Key Responsibilities
Lead executive status reviews, strategic meetings, and real-time issue resolution across customer and internal teams.
Balance implementation timelines, resource allocation, scope, and budget with precision.
Lead engaging end-user training programs and interactive workshops for enterprise customer teams to drive platform adoption and user proficiency
Address scope creep directly while establishing clear customer boundaries and accommodating critical business shifts.
Translate complex customer business requirements into optimal platform configurations that drive long-term value.
Assess project health metrics continuously to identify delivery risks early and execute mitigation strategies.
Identify operational gaps within the deployment lifecycle and create scalable workflow enhancements.
Core Requirements
Demonstrated track record of leading enterprise software deployments in customer-facing SaaS environments
Proven ability to build trust and navigate change management with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams.
Capability to master complex software features quickly and translate customer business logic into technical configurations.
Demonstrated mastery in managing multi-stream project timelines, risk frameworks, and budgets.
Based in Encinitas, CA (3 days/week on-site) with willingness to travel to customer sites 1–3 times per month.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with manufacturing operations, OEMs, supply chain management, or ERP/software integrations.
Exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies or designing enterprise-level training programs.
Salary range: $120,000-$160,000 The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
