Senior Implementation Manager, FPO Program

The Wadhwani FPO Program is an important new initiative aimed at providing capacity-building to Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and their support organizations, Cluster Based Business Organizations (CBBOs). Implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare, the program will deliver high-quality interactive content, AI copilots, and human services, all leveraging the Wadhwani GenieAI platform

We are seeking a strong candidate for the role of Implementation Manager. This person will partner directly with the Small Farmers' Agri-Business Consortium (SFAC) in Delhi and will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful implementation of the initial pilot program and the evolution of the program as it expands. The Implementation Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key national stakeholders, including SFAC, Bankers Institute of Rural Development (BIRD), Lucknow and LaxmanraoInamdar National Academy for Co-operative Research & Development (LINAC), as well as relevant state government officials.
