About the Role

  • We are looking for a highly dynamic, results driven, and experienced Senior Immigration Consultant with a proven track record in sales and case management.
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong managerial potential and deep technical expertise in handling immigration processes for major destinations: Europe, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.
  • This is not just an administrative role—we need a sharp closer who understands client psychology, knows the immigration rules inside out, and can lead by example.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Conversion: Actively consult with prospective clients, assess their eligibility, and convert inquiries into sign ups. Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Process Management: Expertly guide clients through the entire lifecycle of skilled migration, student visas, investment visas, and work permits for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain excellent, transparent communication with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and smooth documentation handling.
  • Market & Policy Updates: Stay completely up to date with changing immigration laws, points systems, and procedural requirements for all target countries.
  • Leadership & Management: Oversee case progression, streamline documentation workflows, and step up to manage junior team members to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of solid, continuous experience strictly within the Dubai migration/immigration consultancy industry.
  • Country Expertise: Proven, hands on experience handling successful cases for Canada (Express Entry/PNP), Australia (GSM visas), New Zealand, and European residency programs.
  • Sales Prowess: A demonstrated history of achieving high sales targets and strong negotiation skills.
  • Managerial Skills: Strong organizational skills, a dominant professional presence, and the ability to manage pipelines and processes independently.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
