- Manage inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow ups
- Collaborate with the processing team to ensure a smooth client journey
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration consultancy, visa services, or consultative sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Target driven with proven ability to achieve sales goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Candidates currently based in the UAE will be given preference

Your Responsibilities

- Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration consultancy, visa services, or consultative sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- A confident, professional, and customer focused approach.
- Target driven with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE will be given preference.
