Senior HVAC and MEP technician role supporting interior fit-out projects.

The role independently manages technical work while coordinating with other trades and site teams.

Supervise and execute HVAC and MEP installations according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot air-conditioning, ductwork, chilled water piping, FCU, AHU, exhaust, and ventilation systems.
Carry out electrical, plumbing, drainage, and other MEP installation and maintenance work.
Read MEP shop drawings, HVAC layouts, schematics, and technical specifications.
Perform testing, commissioning, inspections, and troubleshooting of HVAC and MEP systems.

Coordinate MEP activities with civil, joinery, ceiling, partition, painting, and other interior fit-out works.
Supervise technicians, helpers, and subcontractors and allocate daily activities.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and other contractors.
Monitor progress against the project schedule and provide technical guidance to junior technicians and helpers.
