Role Description
This full-time, on-site Senior Human Resources Specialist role at Wooden Coffee is based in Riyadh.
The Senior Human Resources Specialist will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee life cycle processes such as onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.
The role includes developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies and procedures that align with local labor laws and company standards.
The specialist will support managers with workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
Responsibilities also include administering compensation and benefits programs, maintaining accurate HR records, preparing HR reports, and contributing to HR projects that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with experience handling core HR functions and employee support.
- Proven HR Management experience, including overseeing HR processes and partnering with leadership on strategic people initiatives.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies that comply with Saudi labor regulations and company standards.
- Experience managing Employee Benefits programs, including enrollment, administration, and employee communication.
- Demonstrated Personnel Management skills, including handling employee relations, performance issues, and conflict resolution in a fair and respectful manner.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices in the region.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS and standard office software; experience with HR analytics and reporting is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is preferred.
