This is a full-time, on-site Senior Human Resources Project Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The role leads end-to-end HR projects through scoping, planning, execution, and evaluation.

Lead initiatives involving organizational design, HR process optimization, talent management, and change management.
Manage project planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and evaluation.

Strong HR project management skills covering planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination are required.
Deep knowledge of Human Resources, core HR processes, policies, and best practices is required.
Advanced analytical skills are required to interpret HR data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.
Excellent written, presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are required.
Significant experience managing complex HR initiatives in consulting or corporate environments is required; GCC or MENA experience is preferred.
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field is required.
