Role Description

  • We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Officer on secondment for our client in Medical Sector. The role is for a period of 6 months (can be extended). It is an on site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures aligned with Saudi Arabia regulations and organizational needs.
  • Manage employee relations, including performance management support, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, lead job description development, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, and advise management on workforce planning and HR best practices.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support organizational restructuring projects, drive HR compliance, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

  • Should know JISR HRMS platform.
  • Should know various platforms like QIWA, GOSI, MUWAD etc in Saudi Arabia.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including strategic HR planning and operational HR support.
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations, including handling grievances, performance issues, and engagement initiatives fairly and transparently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of Saudi Arabia labor regulations and HR practices, preferably with experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and to make sound, data informed decisions.
