Job Description
Parsons is seeking a Senior HSE Manager to assist the Director of Safety and Quality Assurance with job safety programs.
The role supervises hazard control, represents the program in safety matters, monitors performance, and conducts inspections and audits.
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform safety functions within the scope of the job safety program.
- Analyze accident records and issue scheduled reports.
- Monitor employee safety performance and assigned safety program functions.
- Perform non-safety functions when appropriate, with safety duties taking priority.
- Conduct safety audits using safety record analysis and facility inspections in compliance with SHARP Management.
- Perform other appropriate responsibilities associated with the position.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a health or safety-related field, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of federal and state health and safety regulations and reporting procedures.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
