Responsibilities
- Shape the organisation's future by understanding its evolving needs, partnering with business leaders in organisational design decisions
- Diagnose complex problems by connecting insights across teams, solving for downstream and second order effects before they surface
- Lead the implementation of HR programmes and targeted learning initiatives to upskill the workforce
- Provide expert guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development, ensuring equitable practices
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, forecasting budgets for hiring, engagement, and learning and development
- Drive large scale organisational changes, securing buy in from stakeholders at all levels and executing internal communication plans for major launches
- Use People metrics to guide necessary data based decisions and changes
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a human resource business partnering in technology, fintech, or high growth organisations
- Track record of solving complex problems and managing organisational change
- Ability to build trusted relationships with employees and leaders at all levels
- Experience with HRIS systems and People analytics tools such as Power BI
- Structured analytical skills with demonstrated judgement
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations across the markets where we operate

- As a People Operations Business Partner (Pops BP), you will play a strategic role in aligning business objectives with partners and employees across designated departments.
- You will act as a strategic advisor in decision making processes.
- You will provide end to end HR expertise across talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, and leadership development.

What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 10+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a human resource business partnering in technology, fintech, or high growth organisations.
- Track record of solving complex problems and managing organisational change, including experience guiding senior HR professionals through ambiguous situations.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with employees and leaders at all levels, demonstrated through your history of influencing decisions and navigating sensitive conversations.
- Experience with HRIS systems and People analytics tools such as Power BI, to extract workforce insights and present data to leadership.
- Structured analytical skills with demonstrated judgement, shown through your experience diagnosing causes of organisational challenges and recommending specific solutions.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, demonstrated through your history of delivering workforce initiatives within timeline and budget.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations across the markets where we operate
