Position Overview

Lead people strategy and core HR initiatives for Proger’s regional headquarters company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership while overseeing daily HR operations, talent management, performance frameworks, and compliance.

Strategy and Coordination

  • Define and implement HR initiatives aligned with business strategies, principles, and objectives.
  • Coordinate branch directives with the Regional Headquarters Branch Manager and Italian Headquarters senior management.
  • Drive cross-company HR initiatives and collaborate with corporate functions.

HR Operations

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs supporting international operations.
  • Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding, employment contracts, renewals, training, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Stay current on HR industry trends and best practices.

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, international regulations, internal policies, and workplace safety standards.
  • Oversee immigration, visa, Saudization, employment contracts, work permits, and workforce-composition requirements.

Employee Relations and Systems

  • Liaise with external labor-law and personnel-management consultants.
  • Handle conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Manage HRIS records and reporting platforms, including QIWA, Muqeem, and GOSI.
  • Manage government relationship platforms and offices, including MISA, COC, MOL-SAGIA, Najiz, and relevant ministries.

Recruitment and Support

  • Support end-to-end selection processes and partnerships with local recruiting agencies.
  • Handle candidate negotiations regarding job offers, role alignment, and budget limits.
  • Provide guidance to line managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Required Capabilities

  • Experienced and strategic HR leadership capability for regional headquarters operations.
  • Ability to align business objectives with employee and management solutions.
  • Experience managing the full employee lifecycle and HR operations.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, immigration, Saudization, employment contracts, work permits, and visa requirements.
  • Ability to manage HRIS and government relationship platforms.
