Responsibilities
- Ensure all HR operations, KBR procedures, and policies are efficient and in compliance with legislation and best practices
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks in performance management
- Prepare and issue employment contracts and contract amendments
- Responsible for onboarding new hires in accordance with company policies
- Interact with employees on regular basis to respond to queries
- Liaise with Payroll team to respond to employee queries related to salaries
- Liaise with Global Mobility/HSE related to KBR medicals
- Manage employee leave
- Maintain employee files and records in SAP and Workday
Requirements
- Overall 12+ years of experience
- 8+ years of relevant HR experience
- Working knowledge in Oil and Gas Industry and Middle East
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law, Iraq and other Middle Eastern Countries
- Experience with HR databases such as SAP/Workday
- Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
- Ability to handle tasks independently
- Very good written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent

Job Description

- Administer compensation and benefit plans.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes if needed.
