Role Overview
The company is a transportation business seeking a Senior HR Manager.
The role independently manages HR operations, advises management, handles employee issues, and supports compliance across the organization.
Employment and Compensation
- The employment type is full time.
- Pay is QAR 3,500 to QAR 4,000 per month.
HR Operations and Compliance
- Manage the complete HR function and daily HR operations.
- Develop HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and government requirements.
- Handle recruitment, selection, onboarding, and manpower planning.
Employee Administration
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, warnings, and investigations.
- Supervise attendance, leave, payroll coordination, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Manage contracts, renewals, resignations, terminations, and final settlements.
- Coordinate employee documentation with PRO and Admin teams, including QID, visas, and work permits.
