About The Role

  • We're looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to partner directly with our CTO and Technology Leadership Team during a major transformation.
  • This is not a traditional HRBP role; you will act as a strategic advisor and execution partner.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the CTO on organizational design and workforce planning.
  • Lead the people side of an agile, product led transformation.
  • Design career frameworks, role architecture, and organizational structures for engineering teams.
  • Assess leadership capability and develop succession and leadership development plans.
  • Coach senior engineering leaders through organizational change.
  • Build and embed a modern performance management framework focused on ownership, outcomes, and accountability.
  • Drive calibration and talent review processes.
  • Improve collaboration, engagement, and communication across globally distributed engineering teams.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and local HR teams to support an international workforce.
  • Use workforce data and people analytics to identify challenges and measure progress.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant HR Business Partner experience supporting Technology or Engineering organizations.
  • Proven experience leading or driving an agile or product operating model transformation.
  • Strong background in organizational design, leadership development, and change management.
  • Experience implementing modern performance management and talent review processes.
  • Experience supporting remote and internationally distributed engineering teams.
  • Ability to build credibility with senior technical leaders and influence without formal authority.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using people data to support decision making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills.

Language Requirements

  • Native Russian speaker (mandatory).
  • Fluent English (mandatory).

Location Requirement

  • This role is intended for native Russian speaking professionals currently living outside of Russia, preferably in Cyprus, Georgia, Serbia, or another nearby European location with the ability to travel regularly to engineering hubs.
