Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Senior HR and Technical Recruiter specializing in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Third Party Inspection (TPI).
The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including identifying, sourcing, and hiring qualified technical and non-technical professionals.
Responsibilities also include developing recruitment strategies, managing job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring successful onboarding.
Additionally, the role requires collaborating with internal teams to address workforce needs and maintaining compliance with local labor laws and policies.
Qualifications
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment with a focus on technical roles, including NDT and TPI professionals, and non-technical positions.
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing strategies such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify qualified talent.
- Experience in interviewing, screening, and assessing candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and managing employment documentation.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resource management software is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in the NDT and TPI industry or related technical sectors is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
