Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Housekeeping Manager
to lead and oversee housekeeping operations across multiple sites or a large facility.
The role focuses on maintaining high cleanliness standards, managing teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring excellent client/customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee
- daily housekeeping operations
- across assigned properties or cluster sites
- Manage and supervise
- housekeeping staff, supervisors, and team leaders
- Ensure adherence to
- cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Develop and implement
- cleaning schedules, SOPs, and quality control procedures
- Conduct regular
- inspections and audits
- to maintain service quality
- Manage
- inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment
- Coordinate with
- vendors and suppliers
- for materials and services
- Monitor
- SLA/KPI performance
- and ensure targets are met
- Handle
- client communication, complaints, and service improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with
- health & safety (HSE) regulations
- Train and develop staff to improve
- productivity and service quality
- Prepare
- reports, budgets, and cost control strategies
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in
- housekeeping management
- (hotel, FM, or residential)
- Proven experience managing
- large teams or multiple sites
- Strong knowledge of
- cleaning standards, chemicals, and equipment
- Familiarity with
- HSE and hygiene regulations
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage operations under pressure
Preferred Skills
- Experience in
- hotels, hospitals, or facility management companies
- Knowledge of
- sustainability and eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Strong
