Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Housekeeping Manager

to lead and oversee housekeeping operations across multiple sites or a large facility.

The role focuses on maintaining high cleanliness standards, managing teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring excellent client/customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee
  • daily housekeeping operations
  • across assigned properties or cluster sites
  • Manage and supervise
  • housekeeping staff, supervisors, and team leaders
  • Ensure adherence to
  • cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards
  • Develop and implement
  • cleaning schedules, SOPs, and quality control procedures
  • Conduct regular
  • inspections and audits
  • to maintain service quality
  • Manage
  • inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment
  • Coordinate with
  • vendors and suppliers
  • for materials and services
  • Monitor
  • SLA/KPI performance
  • and ensure targets are met
  • Handle
  • client communication, complaints, and service improvement plans
  • Ensure compliance with
  • health & safety (HSE) regulations
  • Train and develop staff to improve
  • productivity and service quality
  • Prepare
  • reports, budgets, and cost control strategies

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in
  • housekeeping management
  • (hotel, FM, or residential)
  • Proven experience managing
  • large teams or multiple sites
  • Strong knowledge of
  • cleaning standards, chemicals, and equipment
  • Familiarity with
  • HSE and hygiene regulations
  • Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage operations under pressure

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in
  • hotels, hospitals, or facility management companies
  • Knowledge of
  • sustainability and eco-friendly cleaning practices
  • Strong
  • vendor and cost management skills
