Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with UAE HSE regulations, labor laws, and company safety standards
- Conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification
- Monitor implementation of Permit to Work (PTW), confined space, and safe work procedures
- Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain HSE reports, records, and documentation
- Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliance initiatives
- Promote a positive safety culture across all operations
Requirements
- 7–10 years overall HSE experience
- 5–7 years UAE based experience preferred
- Bachelor Degree in any field of Engineering
- Relevant certifications in EHS standards and practices, such as NEBOSH and any other Level 6 Diploma
- ADOSH certification as Senior Safety Practitioner or Eligibility for the same
- ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 Lead Auditor certification

Qualifications & Experience

- Familiarity with local and international EHS regulations and standards is an advantage
