Job Description
We are seeking an experienced **Senior/Head Florist** to lead our floral operations, design innovative arrangements, and manage our sales and daily shop activities.
The ideal candidate combines creative flair with strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for fresh floral design.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the floral team, ensuring high-quality design and timely delivery for events and daily orders.
- Conceptualize and design luxury floral arrangements for events, weddings, corporate projects, and online sales.
- Create **bespoke bouquets, fresh flower arrangements, and decorative floral concepts** for clients.
- Manage online sales, including **e-commerce platforms, ERP entries, and client communications**.
- Oversee daily studio operations: inventory management, sourcing of fresh flowers, staff scheduling, and quality control.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide personalized floral solutions.
- Maintain high standards of floral design, presentation, and customer service.
- Innovate and stay updated with the latest trends in floral design, luxury events, and styling.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior florist, preferably in luxury, wedding, or event floral design.
- Strong creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize unique bouquets and floral arrangements.
- Experience in **fresh flower handling, bouquet making, and decorative floral styling**.
- Proficient in computer tools, ERP systems, and online sales platforms.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with experience managing a team.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and suppliers effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
- Experience in luxury events, high-profile weddings, or corporate floral services.
- Knowledge of **creative floral merchandising and online floral sales management**.
