Senior Hardware Engineer (Systems)- Onsite Position

Location: Ottawa, ON-Onsite Position
Salary Range: $86,900.00 - $136,900.00 plus bonus opportunity

Your Challenge:
You will drive the full systems engineering product lifecycle for development of rugged deployed systems for harsh environments. This includes:
Define low level system requirements such as functional module requirements, software requirements and requirements to external vendors
Architecting hardware/software solutions
Leading integration and test activities
Ensuring compliance with rigorous environmental and safety standards
Delivering innovative, reliable systems that perform under extreme conditions — all while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Outstanding debug and troubleshooting of rugged computing systems (hardware, firmware, OS level)
Proficient across Windows and Linux environments
Scripting/automation experience (Python or similar)
Cross-disciplinary awareness of electrical, mechanical, software, and manufacturing impacts
