Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced **Senior Hairstylist** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about hair and beauty, committed to delivering exceptional customer service, and skilled in a wide range of hairdressing techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services.
- Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care solutions.
- Perform advanced coloring techniques, including highlights, balayage, and color corrections.
- Maintain high standards of client care and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, products, and techniques.
- Mentor and support junior stylists and salon assistants.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the salon.
- Assist in promoting salon services and retail products.
Requirements;
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a professional hairstylist.
- Strong expertise in cutting, coloring, styling, and hair treatments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Relevant hairdressing certification or license (where required).
