Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs, preferences, and desired outcomes
- Provide a range of hair services including haircuts, hair coloring, highlights, lowlights, balayage, and hair treatments
- Perform hair styling services such as blowouts, updos, and braiding
- Offer advice and recommendations to clients on hair care products and maintenance routines
- Keep up to date with industry trends and attend training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and equipment
- Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Hairstylist, with a portfolio of previous work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of hair care techniques, products, and tools
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Flexibility to take part in marketing content of the company
- English speaker is a plus
