Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to help them choose their ideal cut, color, and style
- Deliver expert cutting techniques — trims, layers, texturizing — and precision styling, including blowouts, curls, braids, updos, and more
- Perform advanced coloring services such as highlights, balayage, and ombré to a premium standard
- Provide outstanding customer service, resolve client concerns gracefully, and build long term client loyalty
- Confidently recommend and sell salon products and services, meeting personal and branch targets
- Stay current with the latest hair trends and techniques
- Maintain a spotless, fully sanitized workstation in line with health and safety protocols
- Keep accurate, detailed client profiles and service history
- Update portfolio regularly to support social media and marketing
- Collaborate closely with fellow stylists and managers as a reliable team player
- Work confidently in a fast paced setting — punctual, organized, and detail oriented
Requirements
- GCC salon experience is a must
- Professional certification required (L'Oréal, Wella, Schwarzkopf, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of senior hair stylist experience (UAE experience strongly preferred)
- Fluent communication in English and Arabic
- Strong portfolio of previous work
- Female applicants only (genuine requirement for ladies only environment)
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Certifications matter to us. We are specifically seeking stylists who hold recognized professional certifications — for example, L'Oréal, Wella, Schwarzkopf, or equivalent brand and technical training.
- Your credentials, combined with hands on GCC experience, are what will make your application stand out.
Essential requirements
- GCC salon experience is a must — proven, recent experience working in the Gulf region.
- Professional certification required — L'Oréal, Wella, Schwarzkopf, or equivalent, in coloring, cutting, and treatments.
- Minimum 5 years of senior hair stylist experience (UAE experience strongly preferred).
- Fluent communication in English and Arabic.
- A strong portfolio of previous work (photos or an active social media account).
- Female applicants only — this is a genuine requirement for our ladies' only environment.
- Availability for evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
