Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Hair Stylist with strong expertise in cutting, coloring, and advanced styling techniques including curling and blow-dry styling.
The ideal candidate should deliver high-quality services and create a premium client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional haircuts, coloring, highlights, and treatments
- Execute advanced styling techniques including curling, blow-drying, and occasion styling
- Provide personalized consultations and recommend suitable hairstyles
- Ensure excellent finishing and long-lasting styling results
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of tools and workstations
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, tools, and techniques
- Support and guide junior staff when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Hair Stylist (Senior level preferred)
- Strong skills in curling (iron/roller), blow-dry styling, and finishing techniques
- Experience in hair coloring, cutting, and treatments
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment
- Knowledge of professional hair products and tools
Preferred
- Experience in UAE/GCC salons
- Ability to handle different hair types and textures
- Existing client base is an advantage
